Welcome back GBI families to the 2024 Spring baseball season!

Thank you all for your help in concessions! 

Here is a quick overview of how our GBI Team Sponsored Nights work:

• Your team is required ONE night during the season to run the concession stand.
• Your team night will be scheduled on a night your team IS NOT scheduled to play.
  • If your team sponsored night does not work for your schedule we recommend you pick a night that will work better for you.
  • Anyone is welcome to help on any night.
  • Please fill spots with adult volunteers to make sure we have enough adults to cover the shift.
  • You may add your child(ren) under the comments when you sign up.
• The concession stand will be open from 6pm-9pm each game night.
  • The grill will be cut off at 830pm.
  • An email will be sent the day of your night with instructions on how to open and close.
  • All instructions on open/closing are taped to the Pepsi cooler.
  • All instructions for food prep are all hung up in the concessions stand at each station.
  • They explain everything you need to successfully open, run and close the concessions.
• A board member will be there to open and close the cash drawer each night.
• Shetland leagues will be assigned for our tournament days at the end of the season.
